Eligibility Criteria for Royal Thai Government Scholarships 2025:

  • Have an outstanding education record in a 4-year Undergraduate Program and 2-year Master’s Program from an accredited institution in related fields; GPA of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree ≥ 3.5
  • Two recommendation letters;
  • Research proposal;
  • Have an English proficiency score as required by AIT Language Center (IELTS 6.0 (Overall and Writing bands) or AIT EET ≥ 6.0).

How to apply for Thailand Scholarships 2025:

  • Enter your email and password to create an account on AIT online system.
  • Activate your account from the email sent to you.
  • Pay application processing fee of US$25 (or Baht 800).
  • Fill in the personal and contact details.
  • Enter your academic qualifications and grades.
  • Mention your English language proficiency test scores.
  • Select the program/degree you want to apply in.
  • Select Yes if you need financial support.
  • Enter your professional qualifications.
  • Answer the questions asked in the form.
  • Upload the required documents.
  • Upload recommendation letters and any other supporting documents.
  • Answer all the necessary fields.
  • Review and submit the form.
